Aerial Fitness is a full-body workout with a strong focus on balancing the core. Using strength-training drills developed by circus performers from all over the world, AF combines innovative weight-bearing exercises using one’s own bodyweight in combination with aerial suspension. Originally circulated amongst professional artists at circus workshops and conferences, this ever-growing series of exercises is now being used in more mainstream fitness programs with incredible results.
